The DMS Wants to Know!

Monday's Riddle set the scene, and Lizzy's review of The Romeo and Juliet Code by Phoebe Stone brought the characters to life. Friday, the Character Book Club gathered once more. We had fun chatting with Anna Green from Finding My Place, and it was excellent to hear from our friends over at The Deliverers! Today, we want to hear from you.

The DMS wants to know: What is your favorite love story?

Week theme: Romeo and Juliet

  2. I’m sorry I can’t possibly pick just one! I’ve loved Romeo and Juliet ever since I saw it performed on stage when I was 12 years old. But I also adore Elizabeth and Darcy from Pride and Prejudice, Henry and Clare from the time traveller's wife and Catherine and Heathcliff from Wuthering Heights. Then there is Scarlett and Rhett – sorry I did say I couldn’t pick just one!

  3. Oooo, there are sooo many! It's tough, but if I have to pick, I'll say Jane Austen's Persuasion.

  5. This is such a tough question! We have so many favorites! Mine would have to be Beauty & the Beast, and Katertot's favorite is The Notebook. I know that sounds backwards that I would choose a fairytale and Katertot would pick The Notebook, but it's true! ;) Love this post!

    1. Michele and Katertot- Awesome choices! Both are great. The Notebook makes me cry- a lot! Beauty and the Beast is just so sweet and I love the music. :)
