Enter Fairday's Drawing Contest!

Time to DRAW! Visualization is a wonderful way to help the writing process. I'll think of a scene, then sketch it out on paper. Sometimes this changes the idea I had in my head or the picture becomes clearer. Drawing is a ton of fun. It's like escaping into your own world where anything is possible because you're the creator, so show us your artwork!

Send us an illustration of a scene from THE SECRET FILES OF FAIRDAY MORROW, and you're entered to win a mystery book prize.

The winner will be announced in April, and their artwork will be revealed to the world. :)

Send your artwork to: haightjess@gmail.com

*All entries will be considered, and the contest is open internationally.

Answer to Monday's Riddle: Whistling Wind...

Excellent guessing, Riddlers! This week we'll get swept up by a book my little sister, Margo, wants to tell you about. See you all around the book block! ; ) ~ F

I pick up without a care, then swirl around here and there. My dance is not for eyes to see, but spirit links you to me. Why I come or where I go is not for any one to know. For I'm never still, and I'll not settle; when howling by, you'll heat a kettle. One big breath that surrounds the crowd, at times I'm soft, and then I'm loud. I love to play! I'll tousle your hair, but when I'm fierce, you must beware.

What am I? Answer: ~ Wind ~
