Fairday's Riddle: Ever So Slow...

Hello, Riddlers! Can you guess the answer? They're fascinating and super cute in my opinion. ~ F

I.     am.     so.     slow.  On my back moss may grow.  Like a hammock in the trees, I hang around in steady ease.

What am I referring to? Stop by Friday for the answer.

I gave you a clue!

  3. Thank goodness we have some intelligent and educated readers here ... I did not know that moss grew on sloths. I've never seen one in real life ... snails - yes fine with, or slugs for that matter - cheers Hilary

  4. A sloth. I seem to remember reading somewhere/seeing a documentary that said sloths had in fact been known to grow moss. Mind you it could also have been that they were debunking a myth which had sloths growing moss. Either way, I'm saying sloth.
