Answer to Monday's Riddle: The Ballgame!
Excellent guessing, Riddlers! This week we're heading into a mystery at the ballpark. Lizzy's review will be a hit, and Friday we'll be chatting with David A. Kelly, so be sure to check back! See you all around the book block. ; ) ~ F
A diamond cut into green sets the stage for the scene. Three stops to make along the way, the more times 'round wins the day. Those who talk up the show like to tell you what they know. The play is ready, two sides in position, the swing's held steady for its mission. On pins and needles the watchers wait, will the batter whip the bait? There's mystery brewed into the game; two words stuck together spell its name.
What am I referring to? Answer: Baseball or Ballpark
