The DMS Wants to Know!
Monday's Riddle was all about rules, and Lizzy's review of Rules by Cynthia Lord showed us a few interesting ones. Friday, it was so exciting to hear from Sharon Draper, author of the unique middle grade book Out of My Mind. Today, we want to hear from you!
The DMS wants to know:
If you could do away with one rule that you've been told to follow, what would it be?

Okay, this is a bit more personal, but I was brought up with the rule that you always put everyone else first, and wow do I wish I hadn't had that drilled into me as a kid! :)
ReplyDeleteMeradeth- I can imagine that your rule would be a tough one to live with. On one hand it is nice to think of others, but always thinking of them first would not be easy. I hope you can put yourself first some times- you deserve it. :) ~L
DeleteRules? who follows those? no seriously I follow my own.
ReplyDeleteKimba- You are awesome! Keep following your own rules and being happy. :) ~L
DeleteHeidi- Yeah for coloring outside the lines. I love that! Very inspiring. :) ~L
ReplyDeleteBe nice to everyone. I've found out through the years, it's not the best of rules at times.
ReplyDeleteDonna- I agree that we should be kind to everyone! Such a good rule. :) ~L
