Monday's Riddle! Driving Goals...

Good morning Riddlers! It's Monday, and here's the puzzle. Can you guess our theme this week? Think of something that comes together. ; ) ~ F

Popping up all across the land, you'll find people hand in hand. When they choose to come together, they bind themselves with a common tether. Now, living face to face, they build their future and grow their space. Solving problems that manifest each day, these pillars of civilization lead the way. A spark ignites when people stand tall, and work their hardest for one and for all. There are places you'll find all over the map, stretching across history, revealing the gap. Mostly they're easy, but tougher than nails- not motivated by greed or corporate sales.

What are they?

I gave you a clue!
