A twist into mythology ~F
In her moment of dread, Prosperina ate from the dead.
Because of seeds swallowed in vain, three months of the year I bring cold, damp, and rain.
I come in like a lion and then leave like a lamb, bringing flowers and rainbows to all at hand.
Fading from green, and then into gold, I turn everything on earth from young to old.
In the wake of one passing year, all of my voices you shall hear.
The rain and wind; the sun and shine are yours to borrow, but alas, they are mine.
What am I?
