Third Drawing Contest Extended!

In response to several requests from teachers that have chosen to read The Secret DMS Files of Fairday Morrow to their classes, we are extending the deadline on the Drawing Contest from October 31, 2011 until November 30, 2011. Stephanie and Jessica are so excited to see all of the wonderful illustrations that have been submitted for this contest, and are thrilled that so many young readers have expressed their avid interest in Fairday's adventures with the DMS. Keep them coming and Happy Reading everyone!

In addition to posting the winning illustration, which will be announced on December 1, 2011, we would also love to hear your thoughts about the book. The Ashpot Elementary page is soon to be expanded and we would love to include your comments. Click here to view other young readers' opinions.

    I so love the cover of your book and the overall layout of your blog. I apologize if I mentioned this before and am repeating myself again. But blacks-and-whites speak to me for some reason. :)

    Would you be posting the illustrations submitted to you for the contest? Sounds awesome. :)

    Myra- Thanks so much! I love blacks and whites, too. I don't think you are repeating yourself!

    As soon as we have a winner for the drawing contest we will post the illustration (and maybe a few others). :)
