It's a Monster Mash at the Halloween Bash!

Stephanie and Jessica were invited to collaborate on writing a spooky tale to add to the festivities happening over at the blog, I Love Books. The story is entitled, Ferry Blackwell Strikes Again.          Ferry Blackwell Strikes Again
 “No way!” Georgie exclaimed. “Mom told you to stop making up stories.”
“It is true. I saw Ferry Blackwell,” Macy replied earnestly, adding, “He had a head like a melon.”
“You did not. Get your stuff ready, and let’s go. We’re going to be late.” Georgie walked out the front door, and Macy followed reluctantly, wishing that her big brother would believe her this time. She did like to make up stories, and their mom had asked her to knock it off, but this wasn’t a story. She had spotted Ferry Blackwell, she was sure of it.

  1. Wow! What a cool story. Creepy, but fun. I enjoyed this- but I would not enjoy meeting up with Ferry Blackwell!

  2. I was holding my breath when I read about Ferry Blackwell. He could give a person nightmare's. I like the way Macy thinks. Great story! Perfect for this time of year!

  3. I really enjoyed this story- even though I was scared. I was stressed out while I read about Macy on that bus! Yikes! Great to read this at this spooky time of year.
