Today is Earth Day! We celebrated it at school yesterday and everyone wore green. Our class went around school and picked up trash. It is amazing how much litter we found. It inspired me and now I am heading out to go pick up trash near my house. Who knows- I may find some interesting clues out there...
Is anyone else doing anything for Earth Day?

I like your idea of picking up trash. I am going to do that for a bit and then I am going to read. I consider that "green" since I will be getting off the computer and saving electricity.

ReplyDeleteI like the idea of picking up trash- I can easily do that (every little bit helps). I will also unplug some of my smaller gadgets until I need them (I hear they are energy vampires).

I just switched off a light that I realized I really didn't need... I'll take Chevy's suggestion and unplug the coffee maker, too.
