Monday's Riddle! Lost then Found...

Short and sweet! Can you guess the theme this week? Good Luck! ~ F

I'm lost then found, dug up from the ground- something to save or hide away in a cave. I can re- write history or open up a new mystery. My value is set in your own clear mind. It all depends on what you find.

What am I?

Here's a clue:
I am something that you really dig : )

Treasure, of course! (Or have I been distracted by the "obvious" choice from seeing the real one?)

  3. Huh. I always have to be different. I was thinking fossil, but I think the others were right.

  4. The obvious answer (at least I think) is treasure. My other answer (the one that makes me think this might be more in-depth) is imagination. The writer in me is thinking maybe the re-write history thing has to do with writing historical fiction. So imagination is what came to mind.

  6. Must be that treasure thing that the first comment mentioned. How am I always late on these that are "easy" and never right on the ones that are hard? I'll keep trying,

  8. Not very good at these kind of things BUT I'm picturing a map with 'X' marks the spot printed on it.

  9. Hey everybody! Thanks for popping over to check out the riddle this week. Great guesses! Patty nailed it with archeological treasure, but buried treasure works too! Be sure to check out Lizzy's review tomorrow (Wed.) The story is along these lines... have a great day! ~ F
