The DMS Wants to Know!

It's all about sharing the love this month! Recently, we peered out into the universe, talking about the planets in our solar system and the amazing events that are occurring out in the Milky Way Galaxy and beyond. Then we changed direction, focusing our attention on planet Earth, discussing all the natural and man-made wonders here at home. To cap it off, I'm turning the lens once again. But, this time, its gaze is shifting inward.

This week, the DMS wants to know: What about you is amazing & unique?

We'll tell you ours, if you tell us yours!

  3. It's always hard to focus on ourselves and know what we are good at... I think I'm quite a diplomatic person and can see things in lots of different ways. I usually understand why people do certain things even though I may not do those things myself. It's hard to explain so sorry if I'm confusing you!

    1. Megan- You make perfect sense! Being diplomatic is so important- and not easy for a lot of people to be!

  4. Wow, that’s a difficult question! I’m trying to answer before taking a sneaky peak to see what anyone else has said! It's no good; I can't think of a single thing. Sorry.

  5. I asked the person in the mirror and she said, "You're a loyal friend, even when it's really hard to be one."
    "Wow! I am?"
"Yes," she said. "But don't get all puffy-headed on me because puffy-headiness is one of your not-so-great qualities. Sort of equals things out, you see."
    She's very hard on me.

    1. Cleemckenzie- Loyalty is very important to me. I guess we all have special traits and things that aren't so great. :)

  6. I am a multi-talented person who cannot learn to swim, ride a horse, or sing on key; but I guess all my other talents make up for it. That's the awesome part.
Unique? I spent 14 years in the army, retiring CW2, then ran a top-selling avon business (I was 7th in sales out of 550 women) for 14 years, and now am looking at a career in writing.
    Ok, time for yours.

  7. Wow! It has been amazing to hear all of the wonderful things about all of you. Donna, it sounds like you live a fascinating life! Those are great accomplishments!

Okay, I absolutely love my creativity. I have such a close connection to things I see that I really enjoy the look or feel of; a magical story, a painting that I can't stop looking at, the feel of red velvet (it has to be red), a song that moves me, the list goes on and on... these things are what makes up the best parts of me, and the greatest thing is that I see stuff I like all the time, so my imagination is always sparked! ~ F

  9. It isn't always easy to find things about ourselves that we think are great. I enjoyed reading about everyone! I would say that something amazing about me is how much I can read. I went to my grandparents' house last summer and brought 8 books for the week. Then I read them and my grandma took me to get a temporary library card and I checked out 5 more books! I can't get enough of books. I love reading and the places it takes me, but I am lucky because I can read pretty fast. ~L
