A Special Riddle

Well, I'm back, and the 4th of July was great! The fireworks in Saxton's River, Vermont were brilliant!
I know it's not Monday- but I thought this was a quick fun one! ~F

Round and round, up and down
The Smell of popcorn and candy teases
Bright lights and happy music pleases
Where are you?
