Monday's Riddle: A Crease in the Layers...

Hello, Riddlers! Can you guess our theme this week? I think this book has a great deal of impact on my subconscious mind. ; )  F

Two clues for a title give it away, Who, Which, Whatsit point the way. The shortest distance is not a straight line, rather knowing the right sign. A crease in your fabric creates new dimension, folded over it adds tension. Take that word, string it to when; a story we'd rate ten out of ten.

What am I referring to? Stop by Wednesday for the answer.

I gave you a clue!

  1. I knew exactly what book this was as soon as I saw the name Whatsit. I love A Wrinkle in Time and the sequel, A Wind in the Door, even better.

  16. I'm sure you two fine ladies have been eagerly waiting for my comment. Yay and you can stop your thumb-twiddling, for I have arrived.

I'm assuming a number of your commenters have come up with the answer. "Crease" is the word...there you go, you've got a song in your head to distract you...
