The DMS Wants to Know!
Monday's Riddle was the ticket to this week's show. Lizzy's review of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory by Roald Dahl took us into a chocolate palace, and we told you about our favorite golden ticket winners on Top of the Heap. Friday, we were visited by Derek the Ghost, and it was great to hear the story about his very Scary School. There is still time to enter the book giveaway for a signed copy of Loser by Jerry Spinelli, so be sure to stop by and enter for your chance to win. Today, we want to hear from you!
The DMS wants to know:
What would you want to win with a golden ticket?
We'll tell you ours, if you tell us yours!

Thank you for stopping by and commenting. We love to hear your thoughts! We had to turn on comment moderation due to a high volume of spam. Fairday's Blog is no longer accepting awards. We appreciate all the nominations that we have received and are honored to have been mentioned! Happy Reading!
Ooh. Well as the chocolate factory has already been taken, I think I'd like a golden ticket to win tea with the mad hatter and Alice down the rabbit hole where I'd stop the queen playing croquet using hedgehogs as balls.
ReplyDeleteL.O.L. Petty! I completely forgot about that part- it's so mean! I would go on that mission with you! What a great cause with your golden ticket, lol! Lovely to hear from you- thanks for stopping by : ) ~ F
DeleteI think I'd like to win just about anything with a golden ticket ... maybe a trip to Hogwarts or something would be really cool. Can we trade golden tickets for Hogwarts Express train tickets? ;)
ReplyDeleteHi Cheri, We are in agreement with you- Hogwarts would be the tops : ) Thanks so much for stopping by and sharing your thoughts with us : ) ~ F
DeleteI love Cherie's answer. I'm going to second it.
ReplyDeleteHi Kelly, We're right there with you and Cheri! Thanks for popping by to visit us ~ F
DeleteI love the answers that have been given already! Hogwarts sounds magic! so does Alice in Wonderland - and the chocolate factory would be amazing! I'd love to use a golden ticket for all of them - but if I had to pick something more realistic I'd opt for unlimited access to Disneyland (I've only been to the one in Paris!)
ReplyDeleteHi Sharon, That's a great idea! How fun would it be to go to Disney with a golden ticket- no lines! Thanks for stopping by : ) ~ F
DeleteI'd love to win a golden ticket to a magical library. One that contains every book ever written and always has the newest releases on its shelves. Happy Sunday!

DeleteLizzy and I both agree- Hogwarts! (Hogsmeade, Diagon Ally, Platform 9 3/4's- the whole shabang) If we can't go to the real place- then the theme park would be great too! ~ F
