Monday's Riddle: Falling in Time...

Hello, Riddlers! Can you guess our theme this week? They're almost gone in New England! ; ) ~ F

We're up to fall; love a squall, float and flutter by short and tall. Brown, yellow, orange and red; off we are, left for dead. Roots in time, dug in deep, bound to grow, then onto reap. Let go, travel light, reappear into sight. Each a path set to take, by breath of wind or tyne of rake.

What are we? Stop by Wednesday for the answer.

I gave you a clue!

  9. Leaves! Fall leaves to be exact. This Jamaican knows your strange foreign weather even if I do live in the tropics. We have our own version too. It's called "Andre go rake up those leaves!" Yeah, I don't do rakes. I'll hold the big garbage bag if you need help. *Wink*

  15. Leaves. That was too easy, Jess. But then, I like easy. We've been getting high winds all weekend, so what was left of our leaves is gone. Next year.
