Monday's Riddle! A Fortunate Find : )

Here's a tricky, little riddle for this sunny Monday. Good luck! ~ F

In a field of green, I'm like a lucky penny. Found by few, though sought by many. I carry a lore for many the folk; a promise of luck or cause for a joke . Search all you want and seek me out. A little surprise is what I'm all about! Should the wind blow you over my way, fortune will smile on you for the rest of the day : )
