Monday's Riddle! Wild and Free...

I hope everyone had a brilliant holiday! Here's this weeks riddle! ~ F


Alongside man, I have grown. 
I've moved the land when their seeds were sewn.
I've carried their weight on my back.
I've ran their race around a track.
An open plain is where I'd be, running wild and always free...


What am I?
